CONTRACT

A contract must be signed at the time of booking in order to secure your event. A contract is required to protect both parties. 

RETAINER FEE

At the time of booking we require a deposit. The deposit is 50% and  NON-REFUNDABLE. We use the deposit to secure the date and rental items.

CANCELATION

If you decide to cancel, the 50% retainer fee is NON- REFUNDABLE. We will offer a one time courtesy date change with a minimum of a 2 week notice.

DELIVERY FEE

A delivery fee is applied based on the location of your event.

DROP OFF/ PICKUP

Set up and pick up times will be agreed upon when the contract is signed. Standard pickup is 10:00pm

CAN I PICKUP?

No, most of the rental items are oversized and require proper delivery and set up.

LATE NIGHT AND NEXT DAY PICKUP

Late night pick up fee after 10:00pm is $100 per hour.

Next day pick up before 10:00am is an additional $200.

FULL PAYMENT DUE

The full payment is due 2 weeks before the event. Events booked last minute, within the 2 week time frame, will need to be paid in full at time of booking.

CUSTOM SEATING SIGN

We need to receive the seating assignment 2 weeks before the event
